Dr. Bill Baker On Steve Jobs & Good Management

In an article entitled "Think Like Jobs, Don't Act Like Him- Unless You're a Genius," Dr. Bill Baker (Claudio Aquaviva Chair of Education and Journalist in Residence) discusses Steve Jobs' management style and the extraordinary genius that allowed him to succeed despite violating so many rules of good management:
"Steve Jobs was brilliant at many things, but by all accounts management was not one of them.  Even his official biographer Walter Isaacson said that Jobs may have been the worst of managers'.  It's now well documented that whatever brilliance he may have had in other fields, people management wasn't his focus."
